This photograph was from about a year ago during UNCGβs International Festival 2018. It has become one of my favorite from my time during undergrad. I tried to put my best photojournalist foot forward throughout the event. Which at times I realize the comforts of a darken studio with a/c, non-moving subjects, and absolute control of light. But I remind myself I started taking pictures with none of these conditions. I love the fast pace sensibility of either βyou have it or you donβtβ because that moment is gone. Iβm hoping as I move forward during my second year. I allow for times to pick up my camera whether it be film or digital, to just enjoy being out in the world doing so. Iβm finding less time for that which I know the only remedy is to schedule it. Or it just wonβt happen.

You just let me know when you need to get out in the world and we can go shoot something! Even I sometimes need a push to go shoot and Iβm a PJ!
